Serious problems demand personal attention, and the last thing you need is dealing with large law firms that don’t take you seriously.
Fortunately, Dawson & Albritton, P.A. in Greenville still believes in the “hometown” personal touch of its two founders: Attorneys Harry Albritton and Darren Dawson. From the day the firm opened its doors in 2006, their mission has been to help accident victims and their families recover the compensation and benefits they deserve. Since its inception, Dawson & Albritton, P.A. has represented hundreds of injured individuals throughout North Carolina, and has recovered millions in settlements and verdicts.
Take the case of a $5 million settlement to a child struck by debris at a sporting event resulting in an induced coma and severe brain injury. Or $1.1 million to a patient who was improperly prescribed Ambien CR in a sleep study and then allowed to drive under the medication’s effects thereby causing a car crash. Their results speak for themselves. While Dawson & Allbritton can never promise a specific outcome for any client, we are committed to using all legal means necessary to help you secure the compensation and/or benefits that you deserve.
In most cases, Dawson & Albritton is able to successfully negotiate all personal injury claims with the insurance companies. However, when needed, they are always prepared for trial. Dawson & Allbritton attorneys are skilled in courtroom litigation before judges and juries, and have won many important verdicts for their clients.
If you have been the victim of medical or dental malpractice and have suffered injuries, this is the firm you want on your side. They understand the nuances of these complex cases and have been able to help clients secure compensation when they thought all hope was lost.
